Humus x hortense is a pioneering fine dining restaurant & cocktail bar. Here local design (with handmade ceramics by the owner Caroline Baerten) is vividly alive in its magnificent Art Nouveau inspired interior.
The plant-based tasting menu is created by chef Nicolas Decloedt who learned his skills in renowned star rated restaurants in Europe (Mugaritz, Bon-Bon, In de Wulf).
Each ingredient in our set tasting menu is locally sourced, following 24 micro seasons and based on eco-conscious production methods.
