The Chef Thibaut Serin Moulin comes from the region of Orléans, he is a talented and inventive Chef who likes to cook with good and fresh products according to season. His motto : « Bien manger, c'est le début du bonheur ! ». He has an impressive carreer, he has worked at the « Palais de l’Elysée », but also with Eric Briffard (2 Michelin stars) at the Plaza-Athénée, with Anne-Sophie Pic (3 Michelin stars) in Valence at the Maison Pic, and this year he kept his Michelin star (1 Michelin star for Years) at the Château de Courcelles.
