Gentse Feesten 2015, Lebanse sisters Mona and Dalilah, together with their friend Hanne, decide to share their foodpassion with the world. An old taco-booth is transformed into a Lebanese foodtruck: Yalla Yalla Beirut Streetfood was born. Despite unfinished nameplates and numerous electricity breakdowns, customers kept on coming for what really matters: homemade, fresh, authentic dishes.
Yalla Yalla's pimped foodtruck has been moving from party to festival ever since.
From Pukkelpop to Pinkpop, from small celebrations to large weddings.
In october 2016, Yalla Yalla started a pop-up foodstand in Mercado (Antwerp). Followed by a pop-up in the Holy Food Market (Gent), and Hal 5 (Leuven). In April 2019 Yalla Yalla will open a permanent foodstand in the
and last but not least...
Finally time has come for Yalla Yalla to open a very first Foodbar in their favorite town: GENT!
(opening in January)
