Binnen één jaar al bekroond met een Michelin ster en in 2017 gestegen naar nummer 78 in de top 100 beste restaurants van Nederland in de ‘Lekker’. En sinds 1 januari trots lid van de Alliance Gastronomique die dit jaar haar 50 jarig bestaan viert.

za 13 augustus 2022It was a very warm day and instead of sitting directly in the sun for the next few hours we asked to sit inside. We were the only ones to be seated inside but they accommodated us without any problems. We also made the orders very complex for four people, some parts vegetarian, some no fish and only meat, some want juice pairing others half-pour wine pairing. In short, we were making demands for the meal which they were happy to provide, always with a warm smile and very kind. The food was exceptional, the combinations were exciting and paired very well with the wines (and since some had veggie, only meat or only fish menu, we saw the whole range of wines). We got full explanations of the food, ingredients, why wines were chosen to pair. The desserts were tasty to finish and they even made place for us to sit outside for the coffee to enjoy the cooler air on the patio. This was definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Thank you!

do 11 augustus 2022Mooi kader, ook het terras zeer aangenaam. Perfecte service, allemaal zeer vriendelijke jonge dames en -heren. Heel verfijnd menu en het signatuur gerecht met de noordzee krab is een toppertje.
