In het hartje van Brussel, dichtbij de Grote Markt, zult u het restaurant "Le Marmiton" ontdekken, in het betoverende kader van de Koninklijke Sint-Hubertus-galerijen. De uitbater Toni Beja en zijn kinderen Anthony, Sandra en Alexandre, alle drie gediplomeerden van de Hotelschool van Namen, ontvangen met veel genoegen de liefhebbers van Belgische specialiteiten en producten van de zee, en dit sinds de opening van de zaak in 1979.
